Analysis
Requirements analysis encompasses those tasks that go into determining the needs or conditions to meet for a new or altered opening, taking account of the possibly conflicting requirements of the various Opening, analyzing, documenting, validating and managing requirements. Verification
The Verification is the One of the most important intersections between social media and employment is in the hiring process. The verification process is collecting valuable candidate information, like resumes and work samples, Pre-screening candidates with skills that match the roles they're recruiting for, Contacting candidates to build relationships and informing them about job openings & Building long-term relationships with potential hires. A background check is much more than that. It's the process by which you find your best candidate by looking at criminal records but also education and employment history, civil records, references, and more. Aptitude Interview
Aptitudes are natural talents, special abilities for doing, or learning to do, certain kinds of things easily and quickly. They have little to do with knowledge or culture, or education, or even interests. They have to do with heredity. Musical talent and artistic talent are examples of such aptitudes. Aptitude is defined as a high level of intellect or a quickness to learn. An exampleof someone who possesses aptitude is a student who excels in math well beyond his grade level. The definition of aptitude is a natural skill or talent. An example of someone with aptitude is a highly skilled young gymnast.
We take their aptitude before any interview and check their ability as requirement and then process futher.
Sorting
Shortlisting is the process of identifying the candidates from your applicant pool who best meet the required and desired criteria for the open req and who you want to move forward onto the next step of your recruitment process, which is usually some form of interview. The purpose of short-listing is to identify those candidates who best meet the selection criteria for the post; who are most likely to be capable of carrying out the duties of the job; and about whom you wish to find out more during a formal interview.
Relevancy

It is not about sending relevant candidates to the client end but, actually the real work start now. You need to take care of entire process from the beginning to end (After joining too). After complete interview, we take care of all the documentary process as well. An offer letter (also called as Letter of Intent) is a document (soft/hard) given by any company to a Person interviewed by them. Coming to Appointment letter, is proof of appointment that a person is accepting the offer and ready to work for the company and agree with the terms and conditions of the company with Appointment letter & joining letter.
Maintenance (after joining too)

Resume Writing
Tectic Solutions in order for a resume to make a positive impression, you must develop a theme & then, the heading is always at the center or the left-hand side of the resume or near the top of the page. Including a "job objective" is optional but highly recommended. This indicates what your job goal is; be specific. In twelve words or less, clearly state what type of job you want.
Now, Education Indicate the school or college you have attended, any seminars, workshops, military training or special courses you have taken. If you have taken college courses, list the college, city, major, most recent degree awarded and when you graduated.
